Mumbai, Nov. 18 -- A majority of taxis, autos and aggregator cabs are likely to stay off the roads for the third consecutive day on Tuesday as the Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has declared that the gas pipeline damaged on Sunday would be restored only by noon today.
