India, June 9 -- External affairs minister S Jaishankar is visiting France and Belgium this week for meetings with the leadership of the two countries and the European Union (EU) to bolster bilateral relations and emphasise India's zero tolerance policy for terrorism. He will travel to Paris and Marseille for discussions with French foreign minister Jean Noel Barrot.
