Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- International Tennis Federation (ITF) has asked the Davis Cup committee to look into India's appeal to postpone or shift the Asia-oceania Group I match against Pakistan from Islamabad.

The conference call between the All India Tennis Association officials and ITF security consultants has been called off. Indian team captain Mahesh Bhupathi was also supposed to attend the conference from Mumbai. "The ITF said the Davis Cup committee will look into our submission and take a decision on Wednesday," said AITA secretary general Hironmoy Chatterjee.
