Court acquits Man accused of filming Lady doc
MUMBAI, June 6 -- Due to lack of evidence a magistrate court acquitted a 36-year-old cleaner employed at the BYL Nair Hospital, who was arrested five-and-a-half years ago for allegedly filming a female plastic surgeon in the changing room.
In 2019, the doctor, 30, found a mobile phone recording her in the changing room. She ran out and saw the accused, Vishal Sadafule, outside the room, and filed a complaint.
The court, due to lack of convincing evidence, gave the accused the benefit of the doubt and acquitted him on May 29....
