MUMBAI, Dec. 2 -- The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has postponed the 15% water cut that was planned in 14 wards on December 3 and 4. The decision was taken to avoid inconvenience to the thousands of devotees flocking to visit the city for Mahaparinirvan Divas, the death anniversary of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, on December 6.
