BMC floats app to fix potholes
Mumbai, June 12 -- Making it easier for citizens to complain about potholes, the BMC on Wednesday launched Pothole QuickFix app and WhatsApp chatbot. Complaints can be registered by uploading the photograph, location and description of the pothole. The complaint will then reach the concerned office, prompting action. Complainants can track the status of their complaint and give feedback.
Alternatively, the civic body launched a Whatsapp chatbot (8999228999). All that is needed is the word 'pothole' or 'PT' in English, or 'Kha' in Marathi, to be keyed in, and information sent. HTC...
