New Delhi, July 1 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday named local unit chiefs in Puducherry and Mizoram, and set the ball rolling for similar elections in Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, fuelling speculation that the process of picking a new national president is now on the anvil.
