Mumbai, Nov. 14 -- A 40-year-old man from Lalbaug died after his two-wheeler rammed into a stalled JCB in a no-parking zone in Sewri early on November 8 while returning from a dinner party in Wadala. According to the police, the accident occurred at 12.45 am when Swapnil More, branch manager of GIC Housing Finance Limited in Panvel, was returning from a pre-wedding function at Wadala Sports Complex. When he reached Zakaria Bunder Road in Sewri, a JCB was stalled in a no-parking zone opposite Krypton Tower, which he failed to notice and rammed into it. He sustained severe injuries and was rushed to KEM Hospital, where he was declared dead. More was returning home alone on his two-wheeler, while his wife and children travelled separately by car. Based on a complaint by his father, Chandrakant More, 67, the police registered a case against the unidentified JCB driver on Wednesday....
