Mumbai, Dec. 1 -- On Sunday morning, the city recorded its coldest November morning in over a decade, as mercury levels plunged to 15.7degC. According to IMD's database, in the past decade, November temperatures have skirted 16degC, but never gone below it. Sunday's minimum temperature was 4.4 degrees below the projected normal for Santacruz. Colaba recorded 20.5degC, two degrees below normal.
