Noida, Dec. 19 -- Renowned sculptor Ram Sutar, celebrated for designing Gujarat's Statue of Unity - the world's tallest statue - passed away at the age of 100 at his residence in Sector 19, Noida, late on Wednesday. Born on February 19, 1925, at Gondur village in Maharashtra's Dhule district, Sutar was among India's most prolific sculptors.
