Mumbai, Feb. 20 -- Amruta Fadnavis, wife of Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis, has resigned from Axis Bank after over 23 years of service. While the reason for her resignation is not known, people close to her said she is neither planning to take up another banking job nor enter politics. Amruta Fadnavis announced her resignation from her post as senior vice president on X."23 years ago, I walked into Axis Bank as a young Management Trainee.
