NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Two members of a the city's infamous thak-thak gang have been held for stealing Rs51 lakh in cash from the Audi car of a factory owner after puncturing his tyre in west Delhi's cantonment area last week. Police managed to recover Rs49.51 lakh of the stolen cash even as three of the five-member gang remain on the run, Vijay Kumar, deputy commissioner of police (south), said.

"As the Audi car was passing on the Ring Road in the Delhi Cantonment area, two members of this gang, riding a scooter, used a sharp object to puncture the car," the DCP said.
