India, Jan. 28 -- On a day when the West Bengal government and the CBI both moved the Calcutta high court to admit their appeals seeking capital punishment for RG Kar hospital rape-murder convict Sanjay Roy, a counsel for the victim's parents claimed that the family does not want death penalty for him.
