India, Nov. 1 -- Ukraine said Russia launched a massive wave of missile attacks on the energy infrastructure country, after the Kremlin accused Kyiv of strikes against its Black Sea fleet and pulled out of a grain-export deal. Missiles rocked capital Kyiv, including civilian infrastructure, on Monday, leaving parts of the city without water and electricity, mayor Vitali Klitschko said. "Russian terrorists have again launched a massive attack against electricity installations in a number of Ukrainian regions," said the deputy head of Ukraine's presidency, Kyrylo Tymoshenko. Attacks were also reported in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kremenchuk and Vinnytsia regions.
