Youths assault boy, try to make him drink urine over conspiracy: Victim's father
PRAYAGRAJ, May 30 -- A group of youths allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old boy in Dabhaon area of Prayagraj and attempted to make him drink their urine on Tuesday night, suspecting the latter of conspiring against them by informing their landlord about their alleged nefarious activities, claimed the victim's father.
The youths, natives of Bihar, used to consume liquor and indulge in anti-social activities during nighttime, alleged Ashish Chaudhary, a farmer and father of the victim Ansh Chaudhary. The attackers were staying in the neighbourhood on rent till last month, he added.
Chaudhary informed that the owner of the house, a retired bank manager, on receiving complaints against them had made the youths vacate his house a month back. This had left the youths upset, who suspected the boy of having conspired against them, he added.
According to DCP (Trans Yamuna) Vivek Yadav, an FIR was lodged on the complaint of the victim's father. Besides, an application from the opposite side was also received on which the police also lodged an FIR.
The victim claimed to have suffered internal injuries, during the assault and complained of abdominal pain, after which he was taken to a private hospital. When his condition deteriorated, he was admitted to the CHC, Chaka. The Naini police conducted raids to nab the youths.
As per the DCP, he had visited the site of incident, and the allegations in the complaint, tendered by victim's father, were not found to be true.
"Residents informed that a minor dispute occurred between Ansh and the accused over a mobile game, after which the clash between the two took place," said the DCP....
