Lucknow, Dec. 20 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath and leaders of Opposition parties were seen exchanging pleasantries in the Vidhan Sabha hall as the winter session of the state legislative assembly began here on Friday. Yogi, along with minister for parliamentary affairs Suresh Khanna, went straight towards the Opposition benches when the proceedings of the Vidhan Sabha were about to begin at 11am. His first stop was the desk of leader of opposition Mata Prasad Pandey. What transpired between Yogi and Pandey could not be heard. The chief minister then moved towards the next desk where senior Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav was sitting. Yogi then took a round of the Vidhan Sabha with folded hands and crossed the seat of Congress Legislature Party Aradhana Mishra, leaders of alliance partners and some ministers too. As Yogi was taking a round of the Vidhan Sabha hall, the marshal announced the arrival of speaker Satish Mahana. Yogi and Khanna then hurriedly moved towards their seats in the House.
