LUCKNOW, June 22 -- Health enthusiasts gathered on the lush green lawns of Raj Bhavan as a mass yoga session was held on the occasion of the 11th International Yoga Day on Saturday. Governor Anandiben Patel led the session and practised yogasana, pranayama and meditation. Addressing the gathering, she said yoga is not just physical exercise, but it is a way of life, spiritual discipline and collective welfare. Welcoming everyone, she said a yoga session was organised every morning from June 1 to 20 at Raj Bhavan, with regular participation by a large number of students, citizens, Raj Bhavan officials, staff and yoga lovers.
