Agra, Sept. 7 -- Mathura and Vrindavan continued to reel under a flood-like situation as the Yamuna flowed 1.25 metres above the danger level on Saturday. As of 5 pm, the water level had surged to 167.25 metres, with low-lying villages and residential areas, especially in Vrindavan, remaining submerged. The control room in Mathura confirmed that the Yamuna's water level was above the danger level of 166 metres and rising.
