World Stroke Day: Stress on need for awareness
	
		
				Lucknow, Oct. 30 -- On the occasion of World Stroke Day, Chandan Hospital underscored the need for immediate public action and awareness, emphasising that when it comes to stroke, "every minute counts." The hospital emphasised the need for early recognition and timely treatment by highlighting its state-of-the-art, round-the-clock stroke management capabilities.
Addressing the severe health challenge, Dr Ritwiz Bihari, Head and Chairperson of Neurology said, "Stroke has escalated into a public health crisis in India, and the global statistics are alarming one in four adults worldwide is at risk of experiencing a stroke in their lifetime."
