LUCKNOW, June 1 -- With Lucknow topping the state in emergency call load and the city ranking among the top 25 districts in Dial 112 performance, a workshop was organised at the Reserve Police Line Auditorium on Saturday for 130 PRV (Police Response Vehicle) personnel to further boost efficiency and public trust, according to a press release issued on Saturday. Led by commissioner of police Amarendra Kumar Sengar and supervised by joint commissioners Amit Verma and Bablu Kumar, and deputy commissioner of police (112) Ashish Kumar Srivastava, the workshop focused on enhancing response time, gender sensitivity, and public interaction, the release stated. UNICEF expert Rizwana Parveen conducted a detailed session on gender equality, workplace behaviour, and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013.
