Woman threatens to shoot fuel station staffer after argument
Lucknow, June 17 -- A woman allegedly brandished a gun and held a fuel bunk employee at gunpoint over a petty dispute in Hardoi's Bilgram town, police said. The employee asking the woman and others with her to step out of the CNG car before it could be refilled was claimed to be the reason for the disagreement between the parties on Sunday night.
In a CCTV grab from the fuel station, the woman can be purpotedly seen pointing her firearm at Rajneesh Kumar's torso.
Bilgram circle officer Ravi Prakash Singh confirmed that an FIR under sections 115(2) (causing hurt intentionally), 352 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), and 351(3) (criminal intimidation) of the BNS and section 30 of the Arms Act had been registered in the matter on Monday and that police had seized the revolver of .315 bore, the gun in question.
The incident took place at a fuel station on Sandi Road, where Rajneesh Kumar asked the woman and other passengers to step out of the car as a precautionary measure. This led to a heated exchange between the parties, police said.
Rajneesh told police that he was even assaulted by a man and two women. "One of them got a revolver from the car, and pointed it to my chest," the complainant told police. Rajneesh identified the woman who brandished the weapon at him as Surish Khan alias Ariba.
He also named Ehsaan Khan and his wife Husnabano in his complaint. "Three people have been named in the FIR," Singh said.HTC...
