PRAYAGRAJ, Aug. 12 -- A woman, aged 22 years, was rescued after she fell into the Ganga while making a social media reel with her brother on a bridge in Phaphamau on Monday afternoon. According to police, Pooja Singh of Katra Block under Jetwara police station of Pratapgarh district and her brother Ashish Singh were on the bridge around 3 pm. While shooting for the reel on her phone, she lost balance from the edge of the bridge and fell into the river. Divers Lavkush Nishad, Shubham Nishad and Bablu Nishad present near the bridge saved Pooja from drowning. In another incident, a 23-year-old woman was rescued after she allegedly jumped into the Ganga from Shastri Bridge on Monday morning....
