LUCKNOW, Oct. 4 -- A 37-year-old woman was found murdered inside her house under mysterious circumstances in the PGI police station area, and her younger son, who reportedly was present with her at home, is missing, said police officials on Friday. A senior police official privy to the investigation, said the room was ransacked and blood stains were found on multiple items. He said that a forensic team has been called to examine the evidence at the crime scene. He said the missing son's role in the crime is under the scanner and the police is investigating the case. According to deputy commissioner of police, South, Nipun Agarwal, the woman, Renu Yadav (37), resident of Babu Kheda village, was found lying in a pool of blood inside her house when her husband returned home after getting a distress call from his second eldest son Nikhil Yadav, who was present with his mother at home. Although Nikhil is missing, the police discovered him moving out of the village in a CCTV camera installed nearby. He further said that an FIR has been registered under section 103(1) of the BNS (murder) against unidentified people on the written application of the deceased's husband, Ramesh Yadav. During initial questioning, Ramesh said that he received two phone calls on Friday morning from unknown persons introducing them as loan recovery agents.
