Wing commander inspires youngsters
LUCKNOW, Nov. 26 -- Wing Commander Sujata Tiwari, a senior officer of the Indian Air Force (IAF), inspired all Scouts and Guides gathered here at the 19th National Jamboree.
Wing Commander Tiwari was commissioned into the administrative branch of the Indian Air Force in 1999 and served in key positions both within the country and abroad. Her responsibilities include roles such as deputy director of intelligence, international defence cooperation, directing staff - Air Force Academy, and chief examiner - Skill Upgradation Board.
Following her motivational session, the participants toured the Induction, Publicity, Exhibition & Vehicle (IPEV) section. This tour introduced the children to modern equipment, communication systems, disaster management procedures, and technical procedures.
Wing Commander Tiwari said, "The Scout and Guide movement imparts true values of discipline, service, courage, and social responsibility to the younger generation. Such programmes prepare future leaders."...
