Signs include dreaded conversations, less intimacy, and overwhelming conflicts, not because your partner changed, but due to emotional overload. Unlike heartbreak, love burnout happens in intact relationships, especially affecting people pleasers and over-givers.
Healing requires pausing, setting boundaries, honest talks, and reconnecting with yourself, not just trying harder.
