VARANASI, July 9 -- UPCC president Ajay Rai said that the Congress will strengthen its organisation in every district of Uttar Pradesh by promoting the ideology of the party. Rai was speaking as chief guest at a swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed office-bearers of the district/city unit of the Congress on Tuesday. The programme was presided over by district president Rajeshwar Patel and conducted by Congress city unit president Raghavendra Choubey. Rai administered the oath of office to the office-bearers.
