New Delhi, Dec. 4 -- The United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP25) opened in Madrid on Monday with the largest scientific community on climate science warning that the planet's ability to adapt to and cope with how it is being treated is fraying and that the impact of the climate crisis is far more significant than previously estimated.
