Lucknow, Jan. 29 -- Uttar Pradesh Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh on Wednesday said the state government is working to turn water conservation into a mass movement. Addressing the state-level Watershed Festival at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, he said campaigns like Catch the Rain, Jal Jeevan Mission, Amrit Sarovar and Namami Gange have made water conservation a shared responsibility.
