Vedic rituals continue on second day
Lucknow, Nov. 23 -- Vedic rituals on the second day of the flag hoisting ceremony at Ayodhya Ram Mandir began with the worship of 'Ganapati', 'Panchang', and 'Shodasha Matrika', followed by 'Mandap Pravesh Puja'.
The rituals included 'Yogini Puja', 'Khetrapal Puja', 'Vastu Puja', 'Navagraha Puja', and the invocation of 'Rambhadra Mandal' and other mandalas.
Anil Mishra, a member of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, and others participated in the rituals.
Chief priest Chandrabhan Sharma, deputy priest Ravindra Paithane, and other acharyas performed the sacred rituals.
All rituals were completed under the supervision of acharya Indradev Mishra and acharya Pankaj Kaushik.
The second day of the sacred rituals concluded with the chanting of Shri Ram Sahasranamarchana (recitation of 1000 names of Lord Ram).
The puja is part of the preparations for the historic flag-hoisting ceremony on November 25, marking a significant milestone in the construction of the Ram Mandir.
