UPPSC opens application process for 50 direct recruitment posts
PRAYAGRAJ, May 15 -- The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has begun accepting online applications for 50 vacancies in various state departments under its latest direct recruitment drive. According to the official notification released on the commission's website-https://uppsc.up.nic.in, the last date to submit online applications is June 9.
UPPSC secretary Ashok Kumar stated that applicants will be allowed to correct errors in their submitted forms until June 16. A printed copy of the completed online application form, along with all required documents, must be submitted by 5 pm on June 23, he added.
Although these posts are to be filled through direct interviews, the Commission has indicated that a screening test may be conducted in case of a large number of applicants. Further information regarding this will be released in due course.
In the Ayush homeopathy department, the recruitment includes 2 posts of principal, 4 of professor, and 12 of reader (Upcharya) in government homeopathy colleges. Similarly, the ayush unani department will fill 11 posts of professor and 7 of reader (Upcharya).
The directorate of medical and health services will appoint one filaria control officer. The directorate of museum, UP, has invited applications for one post each of assistant director (archaeology) and assistant director (Art War), along with three posts of museum head.
The recruitment also includes 6 posts of deputy dairy development officer in the dairy development department, one post of farm manager in the animal husbandry department, and one post of assistant director in the directorate of culture.
Candidates must obtain a one time registration (OTR) number before applying online. Those who have not yet obtained an OTR number are advised to do so at least 72 hours before starting the application process. Only after acquiring the OTR number can applicants access the online form, according to the UPPSC.
UPPSC officials said that applicants have been directed to retain records of all stages of the process, including OTR, fee payment, final submission, and any corrections, in both digital and print formats for future reference.
