VARANASI, Oct. 27 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee president Ajay Rai has been made star campaigner for the Congress in the Bihar Assembly elections, along with Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and 37 other senior leaders. Rai is one of the 40 star campaigners named in the party's official list announced on Sunday. In the first phase, voting will be held at 121 assembly constituencies in Bihar on November 6, while the second phase will cover 122 constituencies on November 11. "People in Bihar have decided to vote for their rights. The BJP has been exposed, and now Bihar will move forward on the path of development," said Rai, who held a meeting with city and district presidents of the Bihar state Congress.
