Lucknow, April 30 -- One of India's leading industrialist, Rajiv Bajaj, has lauded the significant improvements in road connectivity and law and order in Uttar Pradesh. He also noted the increasing number of women riding two-wheelers was a strong sign of social change. Notably, Uttar Pradesh has emerged as a major hub for the two-wheeler market in India, especially in the electric vehicle (EV) segment. In 2024, UP secured the second position after Maharashtra by selling 1,57,631 electric two-wheelers, capturing a market share of 15.74%.
