UP digitises 82% voter forms under SIR
LUCKNOW, Dec. 3 -- Under the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, Uttar Pradesh digitised over 12.69 crore (approximately 82%) voters enumeration forms till Tuesday. State's chief electoral officer Navdeep Rinwa said: "100% digitisation has been completed by BLOs at 28,491 booths. All district election officers have been directed to complete the digitisation work within the stipulated time." The CEO appealed to voters who have not yet submitted their enumeration forms to BLOs to fill out the forms and submit them before the deadline that has been extended to December 11....
