UP Board students likely to get marksheets next month
PRAYAGRAJ, May 18 -- Students who appeared in the UP Board's high school and intermediate exams-2025, the results of which were announced recently, are expected to start receiving their marksheets-cum-certificates from the first week of June.
The marksheets have already started arriving at the board's Prayagraj, Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly and Gorakhpur regional offices. From here, they would be sent to the offices of the respective district inspectors of schools (DIOSs) and which in turn would oversee their safe dispatch to the different schools in their districts, shared UP Board officials.
As per officials, out of the 23 districts under Prayagraj regional office, intermediate certificates of nine districts and high school certificates of 15 districts had reached by Friday. Certificates of Prayagraj district are however yet to arrive, they said. Meanwhile, UP Board employees at regional offices are busy preparing bundles of marksheets-cum-certificates school-wise to be dispatched on priority to DIOSs with officials of Prayagraj-based UP Board headquarters keeping a close watch on the entire exercise, said officials.
Confirming the move, additional secretary of UP Board's Prayagraj regional office Vibha Mishra said that the cross list of the candidates and certificates of some districts under her office have not been received yet. After receiving these, the certificates will be sent to the offices of the District Inspector of Schools of the districts concerned, she added.
It is believed that the certificates of all 23 districts under UP Board's Prayagraj regional office will be sent to DIOSs by the end of May....
