Lucknow, Aug. 22 -- The dates for online registration for students of Classes 9 and 11 for academic session 2025-26 and Classes 10 and 12 for examination year 2026 have been extended by the UP Board. This was announced through letters issued by UP Board secretary Bhagwati Singh on Wednesday and district inspector of schools (DIOS) Lucknow on Thursday. The head of the institution is required to deposit the advance registration fee of Rs 40 per student studying in Class 9 and Class 11 into the treasury through challan and the last date for uploading the information of the deposited registration fee and the educational details of the students online on the council's website upmsp.edu.in has now been extended till September 10. Meanwhile, the period for the head of the institution to thoroughly check the details of the students uploaded online by obtaining the checklist of their details is now between September 11 to September 13. In case of a required amendment, the head of the school will have to amend/update it again on the website from September 14 to 20 September. The last date for submission of the list of registered candidates with photographs and a copy of the fund letter by the head of the institution to the DIOS office is now set to September 30, the letters notified. For institutional/individual students of Classes 10 and 12, the last date for depositing the examination fee collected from all the students by the head of the institution through a lump sum challan is September 1. The last date for uploading the information of examination fee deposited in the treasury by the head of the institution and the details of the students online on the council's website upmsp.edu.in is September 6. The period for the institution head to check the details of the students (name, parents' name, date of birth, ponder, subject, photo etc.) is from September 7 to September 11. In case an amendment is required, then the head of the institution will have to do it on the website between September 12 and September 20.
