Lucknow, May 1 -- With agriculture production commissioner (APC) Monika S Garg retiring on Wednesday, Uttar Pradesh may see another top-level administrative reshuffle. A 1989-batch IAS officer, Garg has held several key positions with the state government, and is also working as additional chief secretary (ACS) of minority welfare and Muslim Waqf.
