Rudrapur, Nov. 23 -- A missing mobile phone was traced to England and handed over to its owner on Friday, police said. The owner of the phone, Kamal Singh had registered a missing report in Pati police station on May 15 and the phone was active in England and the possessor sent it through courier to India, police said. Ajay Ganpati, superintendent of police, Champawat said, "Our police took the help of Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) to locate the phone and traced it in England, operated by a man, Mohit Kalra. After viewing his contact list, we contacted his parents in Gadarpur of US Nagar. On knowing about the missing phone, the man sent the phone through a courier to his parents and they handed it over to us."...
