Agra, March 10 -- A 9-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by minor boys aged 10 and 12 years from the same village within limits of Sikandrarau police station of Hathras recently. A case was registered against both the accused under relevant sections of Bhartiya Nyayay Sanhita and POCSO Act, the victim being minor. The accused were detained and presented before Juvenile Court Magistrate by the Hathras police. They were later sent to juvenile home on the court's order. Police at Sikandrarau police station of Hathras informed that the complaint was lodged by the mother of the minor girl who is a student of class 4. The girl had gone out of home to collect fodder for cattle when the two accused lured her on the pretext of giving her berries. They took her to a farm area in the outskirts of village where the 10-year-old accused grabbed the girl and 12-year-old boy allegedly raped her. The police at Sikandrarau police station informed that rape case was registered against both the accused by name. They were detained and presented before magistrate at juvenile court and were sent to juvenile home on orders from court on Saturday. The minor girl was sent for medical examination....
