PRAYAGRAJ, Oct. 9 -- Two young men died on Tuesday night following a head-on collision between a motorcycle and an e-rickshaw near Pal Dhaba on the Prayagraj-Lucknow Highway, under the jurisdiction of Manikpur police station in Pratapgarh district. According to reports, Pawan Maurya ,22, a resident of Pure Nirahi Kandarawa village in the Unchahar police station area of Rae Bareli district, was on his way home after delivering food to his ailing mother, who is currently hospitalised in Manikpur town. While riding his motorbike, he collided head-on with an oncoming e-rickshaw. The impact of the collision was severe, causing both vehicles to overturn. Aman Kashyap ,17, a passenger in the e-rickshaw, suffered critical head injuries after being thrown onto the road. Aman, a resident of Pure Rathore ka Purwa in the Jagatpur area of Rae Bareli, was reportedly returning from a family function.
