Two killed, five injured in road accident on Yamuna e-way
AGRA, May 5 -- Two people were killed and three others were injured when a private SUV rammed into an unidentified vehicle on Yamuna Expressway, within Mant police station limits of Mathura, during wee hours of Sunday. According to police, the injured are currently receiving treatment in Mathura.
"The accident occurred around 2 am on Sunday, when a private SUV travelling from Noida to Agra rammed into an unidentified vehicle near the 98th milestone on the Yamuna Expressway. Five people were injured and were hospitalised, however, two succumbed to injuries during treatment," stated Gunjan Singh, the DSP Mant at Mathura.
The deceased were identified as Pooja from Gaur City in Noida and Sumit from Darbhanga, Bihar, while the injured include Prem Singh and Surya Singh from Gaur City, Noida and Roshan from New Delhi....
