PRAYAGRAJ, Jan. 23 -- The detailed HIV screening of the eunuchs lodged in the Pratapgarh district jail in connection with an assault case has confirmed that three individuals are HIV positive. Following the report submitted by the chief medical officer, treatment for all three has now commenced inside the jail. The incident stems from a clash on Sunday between two groups of eunuchs in Achalpur, under the jurisdiction of Nagar Kotwali police station in Pratapgarh.
