Moradabad, Feb. 24 -- In connection with a daring theft right in front of the DSP office in the Civil Lines area, three linemen were dismissed following the suspension of a Junior Engineer (JE) after a 400 kVA transformer, weighing over 2 tonnes, was stolen.
