LUCKNOW, Dec. 7 -- Trainee officers of the Indian Police Service (2023-24, RR-77 batch) visited the Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Sciences (UPSIFS) here on Friday, where they received detailed exposure to the functioning of the state-of-the-art DNA laboratory and drone laboratory. The trainees toured the campus and gained practical understanding of forensic applications in policing. Addressing the officers, founder director GK Goswami urged them to prepare themselves mentally to face challenging situations at all times.
