Toddler puts live wire in mouth, electrocuted
PRAYAGRAJ, Oct. 10 -- A one-and-a-half-year-old child died after putting an electric wire in his mouth in Banpukara village, Kaushambi.
The incident happened on Thursday morning while the child was playing. The power supply was off at that time. The child, Ashwini Singh, was left at home with neighbours while his parents were away working in the fields and at a construction site. Ashwini put a loose electric wire, which was near the ground, into his mouth. After some time, the power supply was restored, and the child was electrocuted.
The body was cremated without a post-mortem examination. The family lives in Banpukara village.htc...
