Lakhimpur Kheri, April 24 -- Newly appointed district magistrate Anjani Kumar Singh on Thursday said time-bound and effective redressal of public grievances would be his top priority. Singh took charge on Wednesday after Durga Shakti Nagpal was promoted and posted as commissioner, Devipatan division.
