Lucknow, Nov. 30 -- A "Tika Utsav" (vaccination festival) will be held in December for children aged 0-5 years who have missed routine immunisation. Dr Pawan Kumar Aruna, director-general of family welfare, has instructed medical officers to organise the event. Chief medical officer Dr NB Singh said the festival will focus on children who have missed doses, especially pentavalent 1 and measles rubella vaccines. ASHA workers and ANMs will prepare lists of children before each session. All activities will be tracked via the UWin portal....
