Agra, June 5 -- Three brothers were sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a trader in broad daylight in 2014. Additional Sessions Judge Pushkar Upadhayay at Special Court (SC/ST Act) in Agra delivered the judgement on Wednesday in crime case no. 798 of 2014 registered under section 302 read with sections 34, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code at Shahganj police station in Agra. The Court held three accused brothers Pranjal, Chetan and Praveen guilty for murder of Heman Dass, the president of Raja Mandi Market Association, on November 28, 2014 in broad daylight. The case was registered on the complaint of the son of the deceased at Shahganj police station of Agra. Praveen and Chetan were arrested on December 5, 2014 while Pranjal was arrested on December 10, said Hemant Dixit, additional district government counsel at Special SC/ST Act Court, Agra.
