Tension between schoolkids results in stabbing of one
PRAYAGRAJ, July 18 -- A minor dispute between children in a school in Mundera on Wednesday morning led to a Class 6 student stabbing a Class 8 student of the same school in the back and hand. Police investigation revealed that tension between the two students has prevailed for three days over a minor dispute. However, the family of the injured has refused to register an FIR.
As per reports, Daksh Bhartiya (15), son of Shyam Kumar, a resident of Harwara Dhoomanganj, studies in Class 8 in an inter college in Mundera. After an altercation in the school on Wednesday morning, Daksh, was attacked by a student of Class 6. Daksh saved himself by entering the principal's room.
The incident of stabbing on the school premises resulted in panic among teachers including the principal. Daksh was admitted to a nearby hospital. The injured boy's mother, Manisha Devi, submitted a complaint with the Dhoomanganj police station.
SHO of Dhoomanganj police station, Amarnath Rai, said that the accused student and his family members had been questioned on Thursday.
Three days ago, the accused student was standing with Daksh's classmate Prince. During that time, Daksh and the accused student had an altercation. Since then, there was tension between the two. However, till Thursday evening the injured student's family had not lodged an FIR. htc...
