LUCKNOW, Dec. 3 -- A no-parking enforcement drive in Aminabad turned chaotic on Monday after a confrontation between a vehicle owner and a crane driver of a private agency hired by Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) escalated into a physical fight. The agency alleged the vehicle was parked in a restricted zone and filed a complaint accusing the owner of assault and obstructing work. Officials said the team was clearing illegally parked vehicles when the confrontation broke out. Zonal incharge Om Prakash Singh said the team was removing illegally parked vehicles to reduce congestion when the clash occurred.
