LUCKNOW, April 28 -- A Congress delegation going to Ghazipur district to meet the family of a teen girl, whose body was found in a river earlier this month, was stopped in Varanasi. "We had informed the administration about our peaceful visit even then we were stopped from going to meet the bereaved family," said Manoj Yadav, UP Congress's OBC wing chief.
